Picture wing fly

This small fly was laying eggs, unfortunately I did not take a note of the host plant.

This is Platystoma seminationis (Platystomatidae). Larvae are said to feed on decaying vegetable matter, so It's a bit odd to find it laying eggs on what looks like a healthy leaf.
