This book is very difficult to tear apart - I can vouch for that as I have just done it. Having received a copy my first action was to flick through it, my second was to take a scalpel, separate it into individual pages & re-connect them with a spiral binder. I now have an addition to the library which will get a lot of use over the coming months (years).
Even if your main interest does not lie with this group then buy a copy just to see what can be done with a guide. Accessible publications such as this can only engender a greater interest in the fauna.
Congratulations to Roger, Stuart & all concerned (well, maybe not the binders ) for a superb Guide - and all for the price of a couple of fish suppers. Remarkable.

Where is the best place to buy the 2nd edition, to maximise benefits to DF and the authors?

All sources pay the same this time - we probably won't be trying to sell copies as it is a lot of work for me and I am having to reduce my effort.
Thanks for thinking tho' Steve
