Is these Sawflies?

First one resting on a Philadelphus coronarias I cannot find anything similar to give me a clue.  Second I think is an Arge berberidis taken on a Bergenia.  It walked around on my hand quite happily.

Re: Is these Sawflies?

The first does appear to be Arge berberidis. The other two pictures are of a braconid wasp.
