Tephrochlamys tarsalis?

This one was in my east Norfolk garden a couple of days ago. If I've keyed it correctly it's Tephrochlamys tarsalis - male with base of arista and front tarsi dilated, darker face than other Tephrochlamys and base of costal stigma darkened. Grateful for confirmation or otherwise. Thanks.
