A Sargus sp from Flitton Moor, Beds

This soldierfly was swept by me from Purple Loosstrife at Fltton Moor, Beds [TL056360] toady 4 Aug 18. I think it is Sargus sp and am hoping S.flavipes as I have not yet seen this though have had S.bipunctatus several times and this has a different jizz including almost entirely yellow legs. I wold be very grateful for confirmation or correction of this identification if possible. It is c 8mm in total length.

Many thanks
