A cranefly species from Black Wood of Rannoch

A week at Kindrogan Field Centre in Perthshire was phenomenally rich for fungi but also produced a good number of insects. This cranefly species was caught at Black Wood of Rannoch at NN562560 on 27 Aug 2018. I would be very grateful if an identificationi is possible from these images. If not I believe the specimen was retained by one of the group. In view of the location I hope that it is not just a ubiquitous common species!

Many thanks

Alan
