Unidentified fly on cow-pat / dung and very tiny insects on picture

Can someone please identify? Both taken in Colne Valley, Misbourne Meadow, Denham

Very much enlarged on Galium aparine, Cleavers so both spider and... less than 1 cm big.

The first is Mesembrina meridiana, Muscidae. The second is a wasp.
