I think may be Mintho rufiventris

I've revisited some of my diptera records for 2019 and am wondering whether this is Mintho rufiventris. 

Found in my Leicestershire garden (SK56121132) on 04/07/2019.

I would be grateful for any comments. Thanks.

Looks like it. Seemingly quite a synanthropic species.
