ID : Tussock dwelling species.

Hello,

Whilst sampling tussock bases for invertebrates I came across a distinctive small diptera specimen with wing markings. This was collected near a marshy area on the outskirts of Exeter, Devon yesterday.

I would like to ask if anyone recognises this either to genus or species if possible? I can produce better images if required.

Regards,
Andrew.
