Giant Eastern Crane Fly

A friend caught this beastie in his moth trap in Bolton, SD 73011 08536. We have identified it as Great Eastern Crane Fly Pedicia albivitta, but this appears to be an American species. Can anyone confirm or deny our ID, and let us know if it is known in this country? Many thanks in advance. Sue Lonsdale.
