Nephrotoma crocata

I believe I picked up a Nephrotoma crocata in Norfolk yesterday.
The full record will go to the local recorder (Tony Irwin) but in case I don't get feedback from him today, I can find very few modern records and I have the live specimen. Is it as unusual as it appears and are there any confusion species?
I will release it later if no specimen is required for id confirmation.

(Edit: I would post images but I can't see how to upload - do they have to be on a public image site to be linked to?)

(Edit2: just uploaded an image into photos of living flies)
