Some DF Field Meeting ideas

As Rob Wolton says "we have previously recognised that the format of our field meetings may need to evolve/change."
So here's a few ideas:
1. Shorter meetings - either weekend (for the workers) + optional extension or just Mon-Fri (to take advantage of accommodation being more likely to be available)
2. Shorter range - I tracked journeys of 111km and 108km on the last two days of the recent field week, we might as well be based somewhere else (e,g, Bakewell) if we're going to do that kind of thing.
3. Earlier starts - On site by 9:00, some workers reckon the day is over by noon, especially on hot days.
