Two fungus gnats

These two were both found around a long line of 30-40 fruit bodies of the same fungus species today. Sadly they seem to be females so I probably can't get far with these, however family or further would be much appreciated! From my garden in Surrey.

Re: Two fungus gnats

Peter Chandler informed me that they are "A cecidomyiid (not identifiable) and a scatopsid (Apiloscatopse flavicollis)".

Re: Two fungus gnats

Thanks to you and Peter! I was not expecting a specific identification, although it does seem to have quite distinctive colouration I haven't seen in these gnats before.
