A Lauxaniid from Millbrook, Beds

This attractive fly was caught by my friend  Stephen Plummer at Millbrook churchyard, TL013385, 31.10.18, and photographed by me. We think that it is Peplomyza litura [Lauxaniidae] but would be very grateful if someone more experienced could confirm or correct this identification.

Many thanks

Alan
