well-marked moth gnat

I was sent this photo of a moth-gnat from Southampton by a friend who wondered if it might be a Pericoma sp.. It dates from the first week of May. The limit of my knowledge of the Psycodidae is that there are nearly 100 species and that dissection of the genitalia seems to be de rigueur. So with no lively hope of success: any comments, please?
