Another frustrating photo!

This another one of those photos sent to me for identification; any suggestions (clean ones!) gratefully received. (The bugs are Orthops basalis I think!)

The fly is a female Lonchaeid - I can't go any further. The bug looks like Liocoris tripustulatus.
