Dear cranefly recorders,
It is five years since I published a provisional cranefly atlas of Shropshire and so am now working on a second edition to be published by FSC publications in late 2012 / early 2013. Therefore if anyone has any Shropshire records made since 2007 of craneflies, winter gnats or fold-winged craneflies I'd be a very grateful recipient of them.
Many thanks

Shropshire craneflies is now at the publishers and should be available in late summer / early autumn. It will cover the 244 species of craneflies, winter gnats and fold-wing craneflies recorded since 1930 with synoptic keys and over 500 colour figs of key identification features of those species that occur in the county.

Due to delays in other publications Shropshire craneflies looks like it is going to be early 2015 before it is available.
Cheers Pete
