Thereva on NBN

Just looking at the NBN map for Thereva inornata, which I thought was strictly a species of the Scottish highlands (according to British Soldierflies and the Larger Brachycera Atlas of 1991), I see that there are records from London and from around Doncaster.

Any thoughts on those records? Is the species in fact more widespread or are the records likely to be misidentifications of nobilitata?
