Small fly, big eyes. id help appreciated.

Caught in a malaise trap in August 2018, North London.
I've been every which way with this, any help appreciated, Family or genus. thanks.
Please note the specimen has been photographed wet, so colours will not be the same as a live specimen.
Many thanks.
