Can someone help with the identification? Most are taken at Colne Valley Park west of London. Aware pictures are usually not taken in the best angle but it's an attempt to get them on a picture before they fly away. Not sure if they can be identified now I lowered the pixels. Good luck, Thanks for looking at it, Lonneke

There is no photograph showing.
If you were unable to upload a photograph it may have been too large -
In addition to the to1600x1200 pixels size limit there is also a 512 KB limit on file size. You might have to edit the image to reduce its size to fit these limits. It may be worth trying saving with a higher JPEG compression setting to get a smaller image if you are near these limits.

If you can, it is better to crop tighter to the subject before adjusting the image size so we get to see as large an image as possible of the actual fly.
Anyway, from what I can see these are my guesses.
Volucella pellucens
A bee, possibly one of the Leafcutters? But all bees like this one are tricky.
Sphaerophoria sp, possibly S. scripta?
Candy-stripe Spider - Enoplognatha ovata? But another difficult subject.
Helophilus pendulus
Noon Day Fly - Mesembrina meridiana? There are other more interesting options from that angle?
Eristalis sp
Empis sp?
Platycheirus albimanus? But really need a better image to be certain.

In photo no. 7, the Eristalis has a vertical band of dark hairs on the eye - suggests E. tenax
