Chloropid for ID

From John Ismay's 1999 paper in the Entomologists Monthly Magazine, The British and Irish genera of Chloropinae, I think this belongs to the Genus Chlorops?

After that the only key I have is the Fauna Entomologica Scandinavica key to Frit Flies, which is not helpful as regards the British fauna I believe.  In 1999, John wrote that Chlorops "will be treated later".  Has that happened yet?

Beds chalk grassland.  31 July 2019.
