1. Post your video on YouTube using that site's facilities.

2. Go to the page on www.youtube.com where your video is displayed and copy the URL from your browser's address line. It should look something like:

       http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L3ihZsK7b_c

NOTE: Don't go to www.youtube.co.uk - that WILL NOT WORK

3. Paste that address into a posting on this site in [youtube]...[/youtube] tags.

I have added instructions into the BBCode help (reached by clicking the "BBCode" link at the bottom of the "Edit post" screen).

We have to do it this way because we do not have the facilities to host the clip directly on this site! But the effect is the same.
