Brilliant new guide to soldierflies of the Netherlands
Dr Menno Reemer has produced an excellent photo ID guide to soldierflies of the Netherlands, with text in Dutch, and Jim Middleton and I have produced an English translation of the text. Both are available to download via links on the recording scheme website:

Thanks Martin - a very handy guide in the continued absence of the UK Soldierfly book, copies of which are for sale on ebay for £500- £600!
