Need to see the aedeagus. Strongly bent in liturata, fairly sraight in confusanea You have half of it showing in the profile photo, you might be able to see more under the microscope ?

This seems to show the aedeagus strongly bent at right angles so I would say Anthomyia liturata. Check with my drawings and you will see the differences easily
