Golden Eye

Hi everyone I came across this tiny fly on the underside of a leaf. It was so small I didn't realise the colour. Could you please help me id this little person thanks. John

Or a hoverfly such as Riponnensia, Orthonevra, Lejogaster, etc.

Any other angles? The small metallic hoverflies and some soldierflies can be rather tricky unless you can see more details.

I'd be looking for a hover in the Chrysogastrini too, with that lower face extension. Can't be Lejogaster because male eyes are separate. Riponnensia splendens looks pretty good with that gold reflecting thorax and rounded, orange antennae?
